As it happens, I found myself in a similar situation with Mrs B Mk1 :shock: I was told.. you get the new bike and you'll be getting a divorce!! Being the mild-mannered chap I am, I went back to the bike shop and cancelled the order.. losing my deposit in the process. Irony is, I ended up divorcing her anyway not many years later

Get a toyroom/den and spend most of your waking hours in it like I do. Conversation causes arguments and arguments cause stress. Don't talk and you get on just fine

Absolutely spot-on Dave..conversation just causes grief, especially first thing in the morning :shock: and last thing at night
Luckily I don't have to worry about that anymore.....

The main disadvantages of being single/separated are you have to cook, wash and iron for yourself but when you look at the advantages.. it's probably worth it. No more long hair blocking the plughole in the bath.. you can leave the toilet seat up.. the list is endless

Best compromise.. get a dog. They don't goboff at you and are always glad to see you when you walk in from work
