Have you tried contacting Virgin (ex NTL) to see if they would consider moving 30 yards towards you?

Failing that you could try telling them you are considering taking up another service provider and see what their response would be, after all, they may not realise you cannot get Virgin and the last thing providers want to see are regular customers leaving!! :think:

AOL tried the usual patter to keep me, but I was determined so they folded. I never really had a problem with AOL in the UK, but like most because I didn't have a problem I never thought about looking around. Thank goodness they sent me a letter to say it was active in my area.
