This beggars the question from the Hudson thread - when I read the bit about it being the first American aircraft to see conflict in World War 2 with the British - wasnt a Martlet the first aircraft to shoot down a german aircraft (I believe a Do17 over Scapa flow) in WW2 ??? Which would predate the Hudsons claim????
