Best 146?

Post by Pringle »

Been hunting around a very small amount on all nodes and was wondering what the best 146 is for everyone?

The best freeware one is JM's at http://www.flightsim.co.nz, but it doesn't work very well in FSX. There is a new one from JM in the offing, but could take some time, and (like everything else at the minute) waiting to see what SP1 for FSX throws up.

There have been two or three seriously promising freeware projects that I have seen or been approached for information for but none of these have ever come to fruition sadly

Hi all,

after spending a long time only reading in this excellent forum I thought this would be a good point to start posting ;-)

In addition to the links posted above a good starting point for the 146 search could be Matthias Lieberecht's http://www.baepanelproject.de/ . There you can find really good freeware versions of the 146 and ARJ panels including aircraft lists and where to get them. Together with JM's 146 you get a good 146.

Another option would be the payware 146-200/300 package from Aerosoft but it's getting quite old... was initially made for FS2002 and updated for FS2004. 2d panel only but different versions and a lot of liveries. I still like it and pull it out of the hangar from time to time...

Regards
Thorsten
