Active Sky 6 Help Needed

Post by Jetset »

Hi Chaps,

Finally taken the plunge and purchased Active Sky 6. I must admit that I am not disappointed, but need a little advice. With the amount of cloud types you can select, and options available for lighting etc, can any users of this program recommend the best cloud types/effects for the most realisitc looking sky? As today has been such a lovely day, my flight from Manchester to the Isle of Man using real weather hasn't really given me a lot of weather to look at, so my experience has been minimal at best.

Any advice would be greatfully appreciated.

Certainly today's weather won't show Active Sky at its best - click on the Active Sky Graphics option (top left hand corner of the Active Sky screen) and try out some of the quick select options.

I'm a real fan of Active Sky its a terrific improvement on regular FS9 weather handling.
