This sign is on Lincolns' Pedestrian High Street just south of the Stonebow, it has been up for quite a few years now so if any-one can make any sense out of it then please let me know.

It's to pay the wages of the t*sspots that produce this sort of sh!te that we have to cough up extortionate council tax.Makes my blood boil.Apart from that I'm quite happy.They're coming to take me away ha-hah ha-hee.I'm not mad really you know,honestly I'm not.EricT

Ian, What a great picture. The way they’re leaning it looks like the cornering at an almost ludicrous speed for such heavily laden bikes. Brilliant.
