Hi Rick

I've let them know

The nose of G-AOHL was going at one point..

Looked a bit rough but with a clean up may have been OK

Point is though what's left is all there is ever going to be now.

Even the long term Jersey fire dump aircraft has been gone a while.

Hi Garry,

I can ask the Viscount Team Leader at Brooklands if he knows of any availability. Every little helps

Thanks Dave

Any bits could be useful even if no immediately needed as they will be increasingly difficult to find.

No harm in asking especially as this is for a complete aircraft exhibit.

I don't think there was any significant change to the underfloor doors not in shape or size......so should be OK from any Viscount.

OK mate.. I'll send that link to JW and see what pop's out. Might be nothing but it could be more as they do have spares for 'IM'

Garry..

Heard back from Mr Viscount today and although they have numerous 'body parts'.. this baggage door isn't one I'm afraid. He did suggest the team might try getting in touch with DAS at Duxford. Not sure what sort of spares list they have for their Viscount but it's worth a try
