Hi Tony,

I had the same problem yesterday. Discovered after a little googling that it appears a recent windows update is causing the confliction. M$ has released a patch to fix the problem. Here's your link.

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/935448

Hope that helps

Blimey

I had that problem as well but didn't know it

I have not asked for any updates from windows and declined any messages saying updates were ready

Yesterday I came back to the machine after it had been on standby and it was asking me if I wanted to restart now or later :k: so the update would take effect

Well as I said I never asked for or allowed any. :huf:

But just tried to run FS repaint and the same as Tony :curse:

But thanks to Vegas all sorted with the patch.

You beauty, I was absolutely dumbfounded here, had reinstalled FS repaint twice and was at my wits end. A perfect save, cheers Vegas.
