My South African Airways 747SP fleet released, finally!

Post by Philip Foglar »

Hi guys,

Finally got around to finishing my South African Airways range of liveries for Hiroshi and team's amazing Boeing 747SP! They are now available on Avsim, will be uploaded to Flightsim and Simviation in due course.

First off is ZS-SPC "Maluti" and ZS-SPE "Hantam" as they appeared in the late 70's and early 80's wearing the "Bandit" livery.

I hope you enjoy these repaints - more to follow soon! Comments as always most welcome.

They look just great Philip, and I've just ripped them all off Avsim. Now I just need a good panel to go with the old girl.

Hi Dan,

Thanks, if you are still searching for panels, Ken Mitchell's 747-200 panels are pretty good and will work nicely with the SP too - also at Avsim and most other file libruaries.

All the best,

Philip.

Many thanks, Philip

I have to confess, that I have downloaded others, but I know yours will be the best and that the wait will have been worthwhile.

Cheers mate !!!

Thanks Kevin,

I hope you enjoy them. I have put a lot of effort into them as always to try and get things as accurate as possible rather than just rushing to get it out as fast as possible. And now there are some -200s calling for some paint too as well as still a few more SPs.

All the best,

Philip.
