HU- Falklands/Victor event at Elvington on Weds 4th

Post by d0mokun »

Hi chaps,

Just thought I'd let you know incase anybody is interested.

On Wednesday 4th there is going to be an event at Elvington regarding the Anniversary of the Falklands.
We will be running Lindy up, as well as offering tours (and accepting donations of any size! :-({|= ) and the opportunity to talk to Black Buck pilots and air crew.

We are expecting to run the Victor at about 13:30, however, I believe the event is running for most of the day.

It's worth noting that this is the first time we've ever offered public tours of the Victor.. so.. please come and visit!

Not an April 1st wind up is it Dan??

I only live 30 miles away & would make the effort.

BTW What ever happened to the DVD that was being made. Good item to have on sale at such an event.

Hi Bob!

Definitely not an April fools thing!

Hope to see you (and others!) on Weds.
