Just browsing around and decided to have a look at how the recruitment for the services have changed since I joined.
Went to the RAF and did a personality quiz to see which job would suit me.
The result and I gave honest answers but somehow wonder if this is the real me!
That's the end of the quick personality quiz.

You prefer working in a very structured way. You are likely to be quite focused and are concerned about how things should be and getting the detail right. You like to understand the rules and systems and work within them to solve problems.
Your second favoured approach is to be in roles where you can support and help other people. You may also involve others and work in a team to solve problems and achieve your goals.
These two approaches may conflict at times but you may be most comfortable in roles that are able to combine these approaches.
Check the start again if you get mine up from this link. Late edit: My wife could not resist this and came up better than me, but then again, she just had to prove a point!!

It looks like I would be able to always find a way of making a good cup of tea and be able to work out whether I should use a hand brush or a broom

Am I the first to think that it's not bad. Of course those who know me may think it's complete manure.
You prefer working with ideas, solving problems, researching and analysing. Your first response to a problem is to think it through yourself before discussing it with others.

My company did a very extensive one of these analyses on me. The report runs to about 5 A4 pages. Possibly the best part was walking into the room to see the psychologist and the first thing he said was "I've never seen a profile like this before, half of it doesnt seem to match up with the other half"
I think your Belbin results can change - I know at least one person who got very different results taking the test again a couple of years on and I think I'd probably come out more balanced than I did when I took it a few months ago!
