Revised/Expanded/Improved CV990 History Article

Post by Mark C »

Just belted the crap out of my "CV990" feature too .... corrections made .... and a few other loose nuts, bolts, and rivets all tightened up a wee bit too.

Anyone can check it out here .... if they're remotely interested :-

Enjoy !

Wow 990 update as well

Thanks very much...anything from this age is of great interest. There used to be quite a few 990 visits to the UK with Swissair and SPANTAX and other odd ones.

All in all a good read.

Thanks guys !

I guess by nature I "TRY" to be a perfectionist :-({|= .... hense the recent editing, correcting little details that needed adjustment and adding new information.

I plan editing all the articles previously posted. The next major one is a 2 part feature covering both B707 & B720 .... which will completly replace the existing one.

The COMET feature has similarly been temporarily withdrawn for further research.

I don't know what (if anything David MALTBY) has planned for his COMET simulations .... but .... what I'd like to see (what I think may be a good idea) is, if he were planning any update, to maybe sit on the COMET feature until he was ready to release any update

Hopefully such a revised article could be used to help "DRIVE" his great work

David may contact or otherwise PM me regarding this .... if he wishes
