Right Ben.

Thanks

Presumably they are Man based as all the ones I see are genuine FlyBE ones

They are usually Man based, but often disappear for days on end to other bases. They mainly operated for BA connect, as I have never seen Flybe 146 aircraft at Man, only Q400's and the odd E195. Now BA connect is Flybe, there will be more 146's in Flybe be colours. Exciting times ahead.

If there are Jetty it will only be temp as FlyBE have already retired some of theirs and the fleet is already on a long term replacement programme with the Embraer 195's

It would seem separate as like I say all BE here except the logo jet that from a distance reminds me of Metro Jet colours

I believe BA are keeping all of their 146 as they are starting a new low cost carrier based in Edinburgh. I believe its the Embraers that are going, word is they are unreliable... don't know how true that is. :worried:

Just to clear things up:

flybe is currently getting the last out of their 146 fleet. When the 146s from BA Connect formally join flybe (next March) I believe, the same will be true of them and all the 146 aircraft in the new airline will be replaced by Embraer 170/190 family a/c. BA will retain the remaining Avro RJs (six or so went to Swiss) for a new operation nominally based at EDI but in practice operating mainly from LCY.
