Great advert, that's how it should be today. I am sure the crews would disagree. It reminds me of the old days of nursing, where matron was the boss.

Huh I remember the sting at the end with the worlds favourte airline but not the advert its self, although I was only 3 at the time

That ending was used for years until they were told to change it as it was not true.
It replaced "We'll take good care of you, fly the flag" which was sung at the end.
