FOR US, IS DEFAMATORY SIR!

We agreeded not to upload any more of your files to our servers anymore.
Keep the things as they are now and DO NOT MENTION the site FSPLANET.COM in any of your documents from now.

I have nothing else to say about this case as we are busy doing positive matters and projects.

Thank you.

I don't know how they can claim they do not know who uploads the files as there should be an email address in the upload.

It is up to them to ensure they either know who uploaded it or they should not accept the file.

what lets' them down, if you look at their downloads page, ALL previews of the aircraft, are all taken on the SAME RUNWAY, so someone there, MUSt unzip and install every upload to take pictures for their site

so they have the opportunity to check the README and see the statement, so they cant plead ignorance, that they dont upload :tuttut:

I referred to knowing about the not to be uploaded to FS Planet.

Well I only deal with civil and, no disrespect, have never downloaded any of your files so I did not know you had that statement.

I can assure you the one I know about is not you, therefore you are NOT the only ones with such a statement in your conditions.

i have been advised to take legal action, to recover any royalites made, but the cost of getting a solicitor is just not worth it

A quick scan through their Privacy page will show you just how wrong they are:

Namely: "ALL FREEWARE CAN BE FREELY DISTRIBUTED!"

it can be, so why do they charge?

i know we charge, but that is for our own work! and even then, if you dont want to pay, you can still have the files for free

FSPLANET, if you dont have a premier account, you will never get a file, as there free servers are always full

The cost of a challenge is always a problem and I suppose that can be and no doubt does get widely used as a means of calling bluff.

I seen products with "Strictly not for sale in the Dominion of Canada"........the Airfix shuttle in Moonraker livery was one.

Obviously there was a legal problem with that country, possible copyright issues, but that is just a statement of terms and conditions of sale.

It is not a defamatory statement against the country.

If any site finds themselves badly thought of then there must surely be a reason.

Possibly that reason no longer exists, but it is up to that site.......whoever it may be, to prove themselves worthy and a helpful non threatening positive attitude would help towards that.

FSPlanet Seems to Blame Avsim for all their Problems.

Most of This Page Blames Avsim and all the other major and Popular DL Sites for "Defaming" them Simply Because People use those sites and not theirs. [/rant]
