Well done that man Not a lot can make me smile these days (or even before that!) but your last comment surely did
Thing to remember is.. everyone was so glad to have an Ark IV, they've forgotten it and are now doing the equivalent of rivet counting. No disrespect to Kit or anyone else who've commented. You wait ages for something and when it turns up, you're like a dog with two tails. You then find yourself liking it so much, you start to look harder and that's when the blemishes are likely to show. No detriment to the original.. food for thought for any possible update
DaveB, just moved the ensign to what I asume to be the fore mast now you put up a pic clearly showing it on the mid mast though at the top of it ah well have to get the lads aloft again
Oh Dear..
And I'd forgotten the double beadstead on the foremast too so yes.. where you had it was on the right mast in the first place.. just a bit low
I always found that 'getting the boys aloft' was a lot more difficult than it should have been (mysterious fear of heights e t c) so I usually ended up doing it myself. At least I knew it was done right!!
She flew her paying off pennant on the after mast btw but we don't want to see her decommissioned again.. not just yet anyway
You just sort of slipped that into the foreground without a comment. I realise it's Ito San's model but is the FAA scheme uploaded anywhere?
In passing I don't think I made any comment that could be construed as 'rivet counting', I've been wholly 100% enthusiastic about Seaking's Ark since the moment I saw it......
Kit if you are trying to be failed clever clogs you have succeded, it is not Ito's anything it is the DSB Buccaneer. As far as I know Ito never did a Bucc.
