Hi Garry,
I've got one B & W photo of G-AOBN in Air Kruise. The tail lines/flag and reg position are as per Silver City. The fuselage looks the same also minus the small detail lines top and bottom of the main fuselage stripe. Do you know if the stripes/lettering are same colour as Silver City ?
Dave, yep it is a bit loud but that's how it was.

Another old friend there - I used to sit on the grass at Luton across from the original terminal (If your too young DONT ask) and watch while it taxied out with its wingtip over my head Anyone know what happened to PPO (Garry?)

G-APPO was withdrawn at Luton in 1967 so I guess scrapped there sometime later.
I suppose you are going to tell me it went into a quarry or was turned into something else

No I think it was parted out for the Hunting Surveys DC3 that lived next to Autairs hangar want to say MWV or MNV it had a MAD boom in the tail
