Newbie saying hello

Post by Pops »

Morning all. First post to say hello. I'm working on the textures for the GR1/3. I've seen he thread relating to it, so thankyou all for contributing. Matt is working on the .mdl issues a we speak. It shouls all be done fairly soon.

I hope to repaint a Falklands model in time for April. Any hints/tips or requests for a particular tail number (I know my old Dir DIOT was famous as the pilot shot down for making that '3rd pass', maybe I'll do his a/c?).

TTFN

Dave

Hello and welcome Dave.......You'll find a great bunch hanging around here.

Hi Dave,

For a GR1 paint how about XV741 or XV744 the transatlantic race ones.

Although to have them in "race trim", so to speak, the model would need refueling probe and wing tip extensions.
