I suppose it depends on what we all define as fake doesn't it. If the question means, is this a real shot of a real Red Arrows Hawk.. then no it's not. If the question asks is this a real phot of a model Hawk.. then that is more likely though it doesn't appear to be the same model that very proud looking chap (and rightly so) is squatting next to.

It's an odd shot by all accounts as too much seems to be blurred suggesting a slower than required shutter speed with the photographer trying to show motion blur in the background and failing. I appreciate (having seen model jets) that these things go like stink but I wouldn't be happy posting that shot :huf:

I don't suppose that white line on the left wing is an aerial?

It's certainly not a real Hawk though. Compare how close it appears, with the zoom on the background and the size of the aircraft in the frame. It doesn't match up.

A model? Perhaps.

It was a different model to the one I posted above, the one above being the same model type as the camo one below.

The one in the first post was the reds one at the back of these three:

To be honest Chris.. that's a cr@p question  Is it real.. well, it depends how you look at it doesn't it. It's a real pic with a real model but is it real.. nah. :tuttut: Your question didn't ask if the pic was real.. unless I've missed that :-$
