Looks great.
One minor comment,
could you possibly correct the aircraft.cfg
so the Select Aircraft dialog lists appropriately -
i.e.
Aircraft Manufacturer = Sepecat
Publisher = UKMIL ALPHA
Apologies for sounding picky,
but that was the intended purpose of the publisher field.
