well i saw a Sentinel R1 here at waddo yesterday.....
and the big rumour is, thats its been delivered....
apparently there are 3 in total arriving this week!!
i like the look of this beast, pretty cool, cant wait to see it fliying about,
all i need now is an AI version so i can update my waddos scenery!!!
Although i hope the person who took them is keeping a lookout for black omega's pulling up outside his house.
Pete.
EDIT:
Strange that the website that kicked up such a fuss over some pics of ground equipment hitting one of the seven dwarfs is hosting the above picture's of one of the RAF's latest frontline aircraft.
If United were playing in my garden,I would close the curtains.
Just read the PPrune thread and excuse me - what a bunch of self serving
twits - If they think that photos of a stand pushed into a cargo door is a
breech of security a/. they need to get a life (When the Raptor crashed on takeoff at Nellis two years ago there were a bunch of spotters who filmed the event as it happened and no one said anything about "breech of security" more like Sh*thappens - can we have copy of the shots to help figure out what went wrong. - the pictures were on the Internet THAT night for public consumption.
and b/. if it was a totally rare occurence then I would be amazed, despite chocking (and after the first incident) Maintenance intalling a set of brakes to
engine inspection stands , our company has had two incidents involving similar strikes requiring repair again see above for Sh*thappens and gusty winds occur.

Unfortunately with the latest load of **** going round, one can't be too careful of the Red Caps/Snowdrops etc. A crying shame. I've had the opportunity to take quite a few good shots of the RAF at work which any kids etc considering a future in the RAF would really like to see, but because of some over cautious plod/civil servant etc, I have to keep them to myself.
