I feel a project coming on....

Inspired by the book by Graziano Freschi, and by great British engineering, I've decided to build the BAC Three Eleven for FS2004. Don't hold your breath it'll be months before it'll be in the air, but I just wanted to check that a) no-one else is building it (unlikely, perhaps!), and b) whether anyone had access to a drawings or sketches which may save me having to use my best guess at designs and features?

I've got a three-view (not to good quality) and a small amount of data / info in a couple of books. I can get them scanned if you like.

That'd be great thanks. Which way would the doors have opened, what shape were the gear doors etc. are just two of a hundred questions I need to figure out. Guess a visit to Brooklands may be in order, too.

Hmm, I made one of those once for FS98.... it looked alright back then

If you can get to Brooklands museum, they havea big thick manual on the aircraft, particularly the cockpit layout IIRC.

We may need a new category within CBFS, something along the lines of 'Classic British Concepts'.
