Short Solent upgrade available

Post by jensbk »

... for existing and new users, and for FSX. Even if you have the previous version for FS9, this is a worthwile upgrade, because the takeoff is more realistic (shorter takeoff run) and the panel is better (I think).

The exterior model is the same.

At avsim and (I hope) flightsim: Sol_V20.zip

Hope you like it

Thanks Jens,

It is at AVSIM, I just got it from there.

I put it in FSX demo, it's awful quiet.

Found that the sound is aliased to the DC3 which isn't in the demo. Copied some sounds from FS9 and aural stimulus now present and correct.

I will put it in a real version of FS as well but wanted to check out the new water effects.

Thats the first time I've seen 'aural stimulus' in any thread on any forum since I joined the interweb.

Many thanks Jens.

What a wonderful sedate way to fly.

Got me a seaplane base in Filey Bay now.
