''Bostin'' Brum (EGBB)

Post by Kevin Farnell »

Ok, so I'm a little biased as this is my home turf.
I managed to find a couple of hours on both 27 and 28 Dec to spend a little time at my favourite haunt.
A few piccies, with the best saved until last.

I believe it to be XR807 (according to BHXNews group), assuming that it is the same aircraft from 24 Dec.
It was present on the 27, but gone on the 28 Dec.

Whose is the "green" (pun intended) 737/NG???

Also its amazing that a 50 year old aircraft can look totally in place amongst modern tin (and plastic) in fact TQOTS looks totally superior
even in her dotage

Nice shots mate

I'm not sure, but I think Kevin might have got caught in a Time Warp. Alongside the VC10, all the BA equipment is in 80s Landor livery

What's that all about, then? Or is Brum still so last century?

Hi Ben,

Not the aircraft.. the equipment. There's a set of steps and a little truck still wearing Landor paint (at least I think the little truck is)
