nope it's none of those, it's the former freeware version of the now payware LOWS from RGFlight, but it's been removed from avsim - at least i can't find it. it was called LOWS 2006.

the aircraft is the b25J from RCS and is availible on a few larger websites. (and no i don't care for any of the legal stuff - both parties are blatently confused)
