The are also various VFR files available (AutoGen) from here http://www.vfraddons.co.uk/ covering areas of the UK.

Aren't payware UKVFR required before using these sceneries?

I think so.. I tried to use that stuff without my copy of the sceneries installed.. and it didn't work!
