Thanks everyone for your patience, I've spent the last few days solid just going through e-commerce requests. As of now I'm up to date on the e-commerce enquiries and am currently working through the outstanding tech support ones (why doesn't my plane work, etc).

Dave, I fully understand... one thing I found out as a developer is you have to find that ever elusive sweet spot of realism, artistic licence, playability and practicality.... That, and you can never please everyone...once you figure that one out, life becomes a lot less stressful.. :)

I'm just glad it's been as well received as it has been... after 12 months of work, all you see is bugs..lol. You loose that 'wow' factor from a first look. So it's very refreshing to see feedback as we have done..
