Re: Black Box Twin Pioneer for MSFS released.

Early reports indicate the cockpit textures aren't up to much, but being non-marketplace, repainters have access.

Textures being sub-standard for today's payware is one thing, but sub-standard UV mapping is another entirely, and something re-painters sadly have no control over. It seems to me ...

NAMC YS-11

Local Legend 22, the NAMC YS-11, is incoming.

What do we think? Personally I wish it were a HS 748 ;) I feel this may preclude the HS 748 being a "Local Legend" when the UK's turn comes around again.

I really hope the RR Dart sounds are done well.

Re: Sim Use Survey

I just wanna say that the one addon which has been consistent throughout all recent incarnations and has kept me coming back to flight sim again, and again, and again... and has been my "daily driver" whilst other aircraft have come-and-gone with different versions of the sim... is the Hunter (esp ...

Re: Sim Use Survey

Although 2020 is a beautiful program I find myself drawn back to P3D of late, AI Carriers in particular being the main reason

I mainly fly MSFS 2020 whilst I wait for MSFS 2024 to mature (I fly '24, but only occasionally at the moment). I also miss FSX and the 32-bit editions of P3D as I'm a ...

Re: MSFS2024 First look

Mach meter working now.
I also had a fault where the gear wouldn't cycle with my key binding (could only do so by clicking the gear buttons in the VC)... but that is also now working again.

I've heard other reports of intermittent faults with random aircraft and I wondered if I suffered such :dunno:

Mach meter seems to be working on mine, got up to 0.9 in a shallow dive from 12000ft.
Many thanks for that Ben, having someone else check is very useful. I shall try again...
