Rare visitor
We had a rare visitor over the Wirral this morning about 1030UTC : I was attracted outside by the noise of what turned out to be Twin Wasps, and it was a Beech 18 Expeditor G-BKGM. The first one I have seen in donkeys' years

Re: Rare visitor
I had to read that twice. On the first pass, I thought you meant you'd seen 2 Westland Wasps! I nearly jumped in the car BKGM is a rarity for sure. How's she painted at the moment?

Well, I hadn't got my binoculars handy, but she appeared to be darkish blue without any white bands . There are various different schemes shown on G-INFO

Well, that ties it up nicely.
Chris Storey's spotting was obviously flawless, and Chris Trott proves it.
Well done both.
