P3d TacPack

Post by DaveG »

VRS have released P3d versions of TacPack and the Superbug. There's a discount for existing FSX users too. :excited:
Note: it's only available for P3d Academic version.

Well, I've got a loadout manager working, and the aircraft can fire guns & rockets, drop dumb bombs and also use Sidewinders (Mk58 Hunters), although there is no targeting capability yet.
I need to remodel parts of the VC for working armament panels & switches, and get the gunsight working correctly. More research needed here.

Now that would be fantastic fun with some air to air combat with rockets and guns. Brilliant work Dave

Would you be able to include the Maverick AGM too Dave (and the earlier AIM-9B)? It would be great to have realistic 30mm Aden cannon too (I suspect they may be in the works for the forthcoming Aerosoft Lightning F6).

It's unlikely I'll be including the Maverick Andy. I simply don't have enough (any!) information on how it was integrated on the Hunters. The earlier AIM-9B will be used. I don't think it was available in TacPack when I started the mod, so I used the M instead. Easy change.
