AVRO 685 York in BOAC special night blue scheme is out

I have uploaded Manfred's York repainted in a rare BOAC special night blue scheme as used for two Yorks shortly after WWII. Some sources indicate they were painted blue. According to other sources both Yorks may have been painted in black. We prefer the blue version.
Hope you also like this scheme.

Thank you all for your nice words. Some more very interesting liveries are still in the paintshop. So you should be on the lookout.
Today an Avro 685 York C1 in 1957 MEA Middle East Airlines colours started to AVSIM and flightsim.com, one of the nicest liveries ever seen on a York. You also may have a look at the colourful history of this aircraft mentioned in the readme file.

@DaveB: What a nice compliment, thank you.
Is there a livery most wanted by the Forum Members?
Let me know your suggestions please!
Ciao

Love that Dark Blue BOAC scheme, would the Hunting Clan scheme be on your list?
I don't have any pictures but a neat historical one would be the BSAA G-AHEW 'Star Leader', which was the first aircraft to land at London Airport non-stop from America. Then there's Lancashire Aircraft Corporation, (again no pics - but the Rapide scheme suggests they might be colourful!)
I've been fond of MEA since flying once to Beirut with them - a 720 or 707, shortly after that the Syrians invaded. Hope it wasn't anything I said. The taxi driver from the airport did seem to lack a sense of humour.
I'm also still enjoying the classic heavies : Ensign, Hastings, Hermes, and Ambassador (how did that two engine one sneak in?).

Some good suggestions there but like you, I can't find any visual reference material. MW323 went to Hunting Air Transport as G-AMXM and I have a few other registrations for UK airlines but sadly, no pics

@ AllanL and DaveB,
The York to be painted in Hunting Clan livery entered the paintshop two days ago. Feel free to tell us your suggestions even you have no pics. We have a lot of information about that lovely old lady, however in some cases only b&w pictures. So we will do our best.
Always happy landings
Hans

You're a star Hans!!
All the info I have is centred on her life in the RAF. My main ref is the Aviation News 'mini monograph' AVRO YORK in Royal Air Force service 1942-1957 by Chris Ashworth. Useful for individual aircraft histories and disposal but graphically limited.
Great news that Hunting is already in the shop
