Hi Guys

Cough.......Splutter......Wheeze!!!!

Yes, you've probably guessed it by now.......went away for a long week-end to Bath to visit Longleat but whilst there went down big time with a cold and then if that wasn't enough got a chest infection on top of it!!!

Really p*ssed me off I can tell you. :curse:

Had to come back a day earlier than planned and have been suffering ever since.

Two weeks leave ruined and will be off work for this week as well.

Have not felt like flying at the moment but hopefully by next week I should be near enough back to normal.

Anyway sorry about the moan........can't whinge to the wife as she got it off me and is not a happy bunny!!!! :axe:

Sounds like a severe case of 'Man Flu' to me.. any version of which is severe to us blokes!

Enjoy your (virtual) sick leave and get back to flying health again soon

Had it myself, Nigel. There's definitely a bug going round. And DaveB is right; us blokes have a genetic disorder which means colds and flu are magnified to tragic proportions. The ladies just don't understand. :-({|=

Many thanks for your kind comments guys.

Forgotton already what it is like to be well!!

Garry, fell ill once one week before starting leave and was able to reclaim it however, already off the first week and was OK until the weekend when............!! Don't think that they will give me the second week back especially as I am having to carry two weeks into next years leave entitlement!! :dunno:

Still..No harm in asking I suppose!!

Regards Nigel.
