Its 10 Dave. No European add on scenery yet though, but there is a half decent Guernsey / Jersey / Alderney at allnodes.

Looks like FS.X Dave....there is something odd looking about the windsceen glass.

On a couple shots, the sea looks great but on another.. you can still see the texture tiles :sad: A half decent CI set sounds good as that's where I spend most of my flying time
Very nearly added to basket last week. I wanted to see this Horizon stuff for myself but.. the 50% sale had finished and the UK was back to £90. Also.. they didn't have FSX Deluxe in stock so I took it as a sign from the gods that I should stick with FS9

Spot on James, some of the BEA Tridents had a number of rearward facing seats, which was pretty unusual in a civvie aircraft - not unique though, as I can remember travelling on a Dan Air Comet where at least one row of seats faced to the rear.jab wrote:Fab shots Ben :dance: Am I right that the Trident had some off its seats facing the other way?

Air UK Heralds had some as well at the front as did some Viscounts with a table between the rear facing and the normal forward.
As with the others the T3 was not always like that it was something done later. The seating varies over time to suit changing needs
I don't know if it still the case but Australian domestic had to have reaward facing seats at one time.

If the Dan Air Comet was an ex-RAF one that would explain things. Many of the RAF's transport a/c had rearward facing seats at that time, Comet C2s and 4s and the Brits as well. It was reckoned to be more crashworthy. History doesn't record what the crews thought about that, rather similar to the back seaters feelings in Vulcans and Victors I expect..... :roll:
When I used to truck back and forth to Berlin in BA's T2s they all had some of the Economy seats facing backward, usually the front 2-3 rows. As the T2s were pax limited getting out of Tegel at the time (not for nothing were they termed 'Grippers'.....) they tended to fill the a/c up from the rear (CG reasons?) This meant very few pax ended up in the rearward seats London bound, but for some reason it happened to me well over 50% of the time. The feeling on climb out was remarkable, it felt as it you were falling down to the back of the aircraft!
