I'm Roquefort apparently, which lays claim to be the King of Cheeses. I'm rather chuffed.

I'm a Monterrey Jack ........ never heard of it. It has a sort of pirate ring to it though.

:bigrin: Im Friesekaas :A hard Dutch cheese, made from cows milk. Friesekaas has a natural, waxed rind, and ripens in 3 to 12 months. It is flavoured with cumin and cloves

Never heard off it or tried it ,anyone Danish Blue :green:
