Classic British Flight Sim

Got Aerosoft's My Traffic X for FSX for Christmas although Play.Com didn't deliver it until 16 February!

I am having trouble installing it. Installation goes ok then hangs up when loading the AI aircraft. Normally seems to stop at the Cessna C206 point. I have tried installing it both on a 'clean' machine having used End it All to kill off unwanted processes and also with the pc running its normal programms in the background. Nothing seems to make any difference - it still hangs up at around the same point.

I have tried asking Aerosoft for help but they refer me to the My Traffic X website who, in turn, shunt me over to Simmarket. Simmarket state that they only provide back up for the download version and that other purchasers should contact Aerosoft or their supplier!!!

Before I consign this item to the bin and boycott all future Aerosoft products is there anyone out there who has found a solution to the same problems?

After a series of confusing emails between myself and Aerosoft all is now well. I have a new CD and it works!

A bit OTT at times; RAF Leeming is teeming with Hawks, F3s, Typhoons, Sea Kings, F18s all looking for parking space or a chance to take off. Some of the actual aircraft are a bit basic but that is intentional to keep the frame rates up.

Anyway, not bad and one price covers installation into both FS9 and FSX.
