Fake and an obvious one.. unless a real picture has been doctored to make it look fake. No pitot static tube for one.. pilots dark visor appears to be up for another.. no Union Flag on the fin.. I dare not look further

I'm going to have to say fake too.
It's a dull background scene, not a lot of light at all yet the aircraft seems very well lit.
No reflections of the ground on the shiny wings either.

Very true, but one has and must remember, things are not what they appear to be...

I take it back.
Was it very small by any chance?

LOL yeah.. damn.. I reckon it's that model you know.
If you look closely enough on the tail there is indeed a little coloured patch.. which I suppose is the Union Jack..

Guess any answer is correct, real photo, fake aircraft.

It
is a real aircraft, though; small and radio controlled, but a craft that travels through the air, nevertheless.

Still doesn't answer the question - why is the pitot tube missing when it's clearly visible on the model.
Also the light is all wrong check the illuminated nearside of the aircraft versus the in-shadow nearside of the grass verge.
Also as pointed out already whay are there no relections of anything but the aircraft on the aircraft.
Sorry - still a fake for me.

I think its a different model.
Is that the radio antenna visible at the rear of the cockpit (1st pic)
On Pic 2 its at the front.
