Here is another recorded flight by Heli...I'm just taking the pictures:-

Image
My wind farm has perched well here in the new mountains and there is an excellent view of one of the numerous glaciers behind the Wessex.

Heading now to Mountain Lake.

Image
Back now at base as he pauses to look at the new Beach Cabin and "Freedom of the Seas" at anchor.

The rest of the mini-tour can be seen by clicking this address:-

Peter

Beautiful scenery (as usual) One question - where did the windmills come from and are they compatible with EZ-Scenery? Id like to update my Maui scenery and there are now 15 of those hideous things going up
the moutain from the Pale on the SW side of Maui :(

Leif,

The wind generators are standard Library Items in FS and the XML code for one is:-

<!-- windmill1 -->
<SceneryObject lat="59.623185" lon="-139.188400" alt="0.000F"
altitudeIsAgl="TRUE" pitch="0.00" bank="0.00" heading="10.00"
imageComplexity="NORMAL">
<LibraryObject name="f21db452424d6d9dc3a908b6c14c194c" scale="5.00" />
</SceneryObject>

I put nine of them up there on the mountain and they rotate away very nicely...Don't bother in FSX though because they put nice red lights on them there but they broke the rotation in the process!

Leif,

I realise that I did not fully answer your question about ez-scenery...here is the route there:-

Library > FS2004 global libraries > Generic.bgl > gen_windmill01 > more > Scale > 5

This is probably easier than my way of using BGLCOMP with a text file.
