Great clip...which begs the question; if
you had room for a static aircraft in your garden, which would it be ?

Yes, you need one with a few seats for when you have friends round. Victor or Shackleton for me. With beer fridge and LAN for multiplayer FS of course.

Jonesey, you've just given me an idea...........Pull down the garage, use the front part of the fusalage of the VC10 for parking the car in and the cockpit for your own pleasure.
That way you get the best of both worlds and what's more you may get away without having to ask for planning permission as it would be classed as a garage.
OK I know, I'll go get me coat!!

Nigel, Jonesey,
These are the people to talk to:

I'm sure they'd do a VC10 or maybe a 1-11 starter home.

From that site:
Below is an illustration of a B-737 reused as a home. The aircraft are mounted on a steel column and bearing so the whole airplane weathervanes,
It spins round!?
How much flipping room would you need for that!?
For me I think I'd have a Victor K.2, or a Shackleton might be fun, but hold the weathervaning please! Imagine going out to hang your washing out and being knocked in the head by a spinning V Bomber!
Make a good story down A&E though!
