Yes, just looked out, and we have it here in the UK (well at least Oxfordshire)

I don't think it is as impressive as if it were a proper ring around the moon, though.

Saw a giant one around it last month when I got home at three in the morning, stood transfixed by the site of it then realised I spent ten minutes out in the cold just looking at it......soon went inside!!
