The way FlyNET loads fuel will cause an engine shutdown unless you have a small amount of fuel (1% will do) in the centre tank prior to selecting 'Fly Booked Flight'. To avoid having to relight make sure you have 1% of fuel in the centre tank prior to selecting 'Fly Booked Flight'. This way the aircraft can do it's automatic fuel source switch before FlyNet empties all the fuel from the centre tank.
