Project Fokker has updated their front page, with a new picture of the F-28, and says it should be available soon.

Thanks for the HU

The last I saw was an update that dated back to about 18 months ago

Certainly looks to have moved ahead :smile:

I am sure it will at least be up to standard of there previous F70/F100 hopefully even include the long promised VC. One thing that annoys me about them is they have some kind of robotic user that is downloading the Fokker-100/70 Release v2 about 270 times a day from AVSIM, greatly inflating there perceived popularity on the avsim website.

Well if they are inflating their figures with multiple download sthey are only fooling themselves

The user will look at quality not download figures and when something is seen for download ........well you either want it or don't

Number don't really matter .

If it's good the word will get around

The other Fokkers are good.. so hopefully this one will be.

Just out of interest, how do people know that there is a supposedly a robot downloading it? Maybe that many people actually are going for it per day..

.. I ask because I don't know, so don't flame!

Looks a cracking little aircraft.

As for the stats on the downloads for the Fokker 70/100, I always wondered why the figures were so high. :think:

I look at the numbers on a regular basis to see what sort of gems I am over looking, and the project Fokker is always there with about the same numbers. And just looking at the current numbers they are pretty consistent.

Yesterday = 277
Last 30 = 7718 = 257/day
Last 365 = 110376 = 302/day

Certainly there are a significant number of downloads by humans as many of us (myself included) have used it and found it satisfactory.
