Remote Access on Telewest?

Hi guys, brain picking time again I'm afraid!

The (very small) company I work for uses a small ISP for hosting and internet provision. Frankly the connection speed is rubbish, and the hosting can be best described as adequate; certainly they have no room for whistles and bells such as SQL and PHP! We're going to transfer the hosting to 1and1, who host our newer sites.

Our office is at the rear of the bosses house, and they have recently subscribed to a Telewest cable service. Has anybody had experience with their broadband service and, if so, have you had to look at configuring remote access to the network; we often have one or the other of us in Europe, so need to be able to get back in touch in an emergency?

Any help gratefully received.

Thanks

AndyG

not personally, but my brother is on telwest BB, and gets around 4mb connection. I often remote access his PC to fix problems with ease, so you should have no worries

Dave,

Thanks for the info, looks like it should be straightforward enough then.
