AI scheduler tool...

Hi all (I'm NOT referring to tttols)
Sometime ago I ran into a nice little program that had the ability to scan all of your AI traffic, and look for errors, wrong airports, duplicate routes, missing textures etc. etc....sadly in a state of cleaning-up manic, I was ale to remove it permanently from my HD...
Of course I'm now in need of that tool, and can't remember the name....
