Anyone feel like having a go at this

Found while trawling through some Avro Canada stuff
It appears Glosters leant Avro Canada a FAW8 as a chase plane
the logo under the cockpit is Avros COmpany Logo
and I BELIEVE the flag is the Ottawa State Flag (some Hosehead will probably set me right shortly)
Any of you Military painters feel up to it??
