OLD RAM

I recently upgraded my pc by installing a second HD purely for flight sim and upgrading the RAM to 2 x 1GB RAM.
The question is, what do I do with the old RAM (2 x 512 Mb DDR400 DIMM)? Any (decent) suggestions welcome - I don't really fancy getting into ebay just to get rid of one item.

You could allways sell it on here or one of the veriety of computer forums like Hexus.
Or like me, you could keep your old bits and make a pc out of it when you have enough parts.

If I were you In would keep them
You never know when they might be useful.
Like Jonesy says you might get enough to make you own of even get a PC off someone at a god price and use the bits to upgrade.
Personally I would feel the benefits of keeping them outweighs the value of any sale.

Thanks Garry and Jonesey. I have made a space for the RAM in my 'spares' cupboard.
One day I will get down to producing a new or revamped pc from all the bits that I have gathered.
Thanks for the advice, much appreciated.

You could probably get about £40 for the pair on eBay. Well that is the most I have paid for similar (done better at £75 for 4

Ditto - if only we had a post office in this town. The Post Office are "optimistic" that they have found a new location, but meanwhile my selling on eBay has had to be postponed.
Life is tough here in the East Midlands! (closing Tollerton, filling Newton with immigants and then housing, Ken Clarke as an MP, etc, etc).
