FS Pilot

Has anyone used FsPilot?
I have tried it but can't get the hang of it, my aircraft just seems to taxi at a great speed and bounce all over the place, but after all I am a useless pilot and a complete computer dummy.
I have read the instructions a few times but can't make any sense of them.
Would be grateful if someone could give me a run through in nice easy to understand terms.
