DC2 Question

This properly should go in the non-Brit forum, but that's closed, any chance of and FS 2004 DC-2, allo of the ones out there are getting a bit long in the tooth :-({|=

Nice to see one of our long-time (if limited in numbers) female simmers still active
The chances of a DC2 being built by one of the residents probably exceeds the chances of a lottery win and for the obvious reasons. You never know though.. someone may take up the challenge
The CNB forum hasn't been closed Cathy so I'm not sure what happened there?? :think:

There is a DC-2 being built for FS2004, probably best to ask this question over at the Cal Classic forum, where they might have an idea of the current status of the project.

We have been working on it for quite some time already and it's not finished yet. It's all 'Liefde werk oud papier' ( dutch equivalent of Labour of love
) so it'll probabely take some time still.

Does anyone know anything about the DC2.5? A SAFA friend of mine was talking about the DC2.5 of which only one or two were built... I believe it may have been the DC3 body with DC2 wings? Think they were possibly stuck together in South Africa. Any info or photos would be good.

I remember reading about a case in China during the war, where a DC2 wing was added to a damaged DC3 to get it home. I'm sure there will be some information here.
