Aaaah.........without a doubt, the most beautiful airliner ever built. Usually with 'classics' we don't appreciate them until they are nearly gone. The VC10 was different. Even when they were mainstream in the 70s we knew they were something special.

But Garry - is this a new repaint of yours or have I just missed it? It is very very lovely.

Hi Ian

I was looking for an excuse to post that screenie.............then I realised it needs no excuse.

Pure British classic.

It is a repaint of SGA in her first flight livery a little while ago.

It can be found on Rob site and the usual three.

I also did a Nigeria Airways and Air Ceylon titled as well as the final Golden Speedbird for the Standard and that with BA titles.

Thanks, Garry. I already have your standard in gold speedbird livery. It's my first choice VC10, as somehow I seem to land better with a more compact a/c. (Don't worry, I know it's psychological  )

Anyway - I'll definitely get myself a copy of your G-ASGA repaint. It looks real classy. Thanks again.
