As most of you will proberbly know the RAF have painted XV104's tail to celerbrate the 40th birthday of RAF VC10 service. For those

One other piece of VC10 tail art which has proberbly not been seen by very many people was done unofficialy by the groundcrew in the gulf at the end of the first gulf war. It was to celebrate the 75th birthday of 101 sqn. The Station Commander flipped his lid when he saw it land back at Brize and it was removed the day after :tuttut: Bloody officers! They have no sense of humour :tuttut: Only joking Tonks
