Go the scenic route

Hi all,

I was wondering with the vast knowledge we have at our disposal on the forum as to whether anyone can recommend any good scenic flights using default scenery for FS9.

I don't mean flying over buildings and built up areas such as NYC or similar. I mean good mountainous scenery that makes you look down and go "wow!".

One of my favourite's is flying over locations such as the Andes/Pyrennes/Alps etc.

I also like the approach into Innsbruck.

If anyone has any good suggestions could they please share them. If there are good un's I might post a couple of screenshots!

Try into and out of VNLK and take a look at the surrounding scenery.

Ermmm How about my favorite piece of real estate and sorry guys I know
your going to say Its NOT sharp and clear - well fly around the islands
and you'll find that 90% of the time the salt humidity makes its soft and slightyl unfocused - so this to me feels real....

Come up on Booke inbound to Kaneole

Same flight

Pearl, Ford island, and the Arizona Memorial
And For those of you who might be curious this is what a Venture Hawaii
748 looks like :-$

Can someone tell me who makes the Sea Vixen and where I can grab it? Been after Venoms/Vampies/Vixens for sometime now.

Juneau Intl (PAJN), Alaska, is one of my favourites. Lots of mountains around and a tricky offset ILS approach with no glide slope. I only use default scenery. Sorry about the non-British aircraft but I don't have anything else suitable to fly there. It's just for illustrative purposes.

And don't worry about the master warning light being on - I use it to read zoo magazine by

BTW I did wrestle this one down in one piece but it may need a heavy landing check!
